Amplification of the DNA
1.) Load a tube with your PCR Reaction Pellet. Add the primer solution and the DNA Supernate.
2.) Load your PCR with your DNA samples.
PCR Settings:
Initial Denaturation: 94 degrees C for 5 minutes.
32 cycles @ 94 degrees C for 30 sec., 65 degrees C for 30 sec., 72 degrees C for 30 sec.
Final Extension: 72 degrees C for 4 minutes.
When finished add gel loading solution to your tubes and place on ice.
